WAVECOM Data File Format

The decoder is able to save data and decoder settings in a special binary file format called WDA, which is described in this section. WDA files may used to provide input for the BitView Tool.

WDA files are capable of storing various kinds of information:

Ø Text data

Ø Graphics data

Ø FELDHELL data

Ø Signal analysis data

Ø SAT mode data

Ø Classifier data

Ø Classifier CodeCheck data

Ø Sonagram data

All types of WDA files contain a header that identifies the type of data stored in the file and other information related to the stored data and the data proper (see below).
