The full support of all W-PCI-LAN functions lets the W-PCI-LAN easily communicate with
other applications. Real DSP technology is combined with today's PC power.
Features
The W-PCI-LAN decoder offers all the functions of the W-PCI plus all the advantages of a
mobile computer system. The complete electronic circuitry is realized in a metallic, shielded
box. It can be connected to a PC or laptop via LAN or can run as a normal stand alone system.
As the W-PCI-LAN operates at 9-30V DC power, it is very well suited for mobile use.
The W-PCI-LAN may be operated in a number of modes:
- As a self contained computer system with one W-PCI card.
- With the WAVECOM user interface from any
computer connected to the LAN or the Internet.
- With Windows "Remote Desktop Service".
- With third party remote control software.
W-PCI-LAN Hardware
W-PCI-LAN contains one W-PCI, a complete single board computer system, hard disk,
VGA, DVI, USB, soundcard and LAN adapter.
Multiple systems can be connected to one laptop or PC. It is also possible to
use W-PCI-LAN together with other WAVECOM products.

W-PCI-LAN Software
The standard W-PCI / W-CODE user interface is able to
communicate with a W-PCI-LAN unit over the network. On the W-PCI-LAN runs
exactly the same software as with other W-PCI.
